This books tells the story of a young princess whose father, the king, decides to marry her to the prince who is able to defeat the dragon. But there is no dragon in their country... However, very soon a dragon is found. But this dragon is not keen on fighting. On the contrary: The first prince has to race against the dragon, the second is asked to do a handstand, another one has to spit cherry pits as far as possible. But none of the six princes is able to win against the dragon. At the end of the competitions they are offended and leave the country. After seven days the seventh prince arrives to the dragon"s den. He would like to marry the young princess, too, but when looking into the dragon"s eyes he says: "I can"t fight against a dragon with such beautiful eyes." At this moment the young princess slips out of the dragon"s costume... And now whom of the seven princes do you think will the princess marry...
